About the Role
DesignCraft Studio is hiring a talented UX/UI Designer to create beautiful, intuitive digital experiences for our diverse portfolio of clients. This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Stay current with design trends and best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design systems and component-based design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
